Find out more about The Level

Our aim is to protect your confidentiality whilst you detox with us. Our strict no-phones policy ensures your privacy.

We have landline telephones that you can access to make private calls to friends and family during the evenings. Your friends and family can contact The Level at any time to speak with you, or for updates from our nursing staff.

Please bring with you any prescribed medication. This enables us to continue providing your prescribed medication during your stay. If your prescription is due to expire during your stay at the Level, don’t worry. When it runs out we will issue another. We will also ensure that you have medication to take with you after completing your detox.

Yes. All residents at The Level get their own private room with ensuite facilities and daily access to fresh linen and towels.

Medication, comfortable clothes to last up to 21 days (depending the length of your stay), sportswear (if you would like to use our gym facilities), tobacco or cigarettes (if you are a smoker).

We have designated smoking and vaping areas in outdoor spaces.

Service users are not permitted to have any mobile devices with cameras during their stay. This is to protect your privacy and to enable you to engage in the psychosocial programme. However, if you need urgent access to emails we can arrange this.
