Our Offer to You
Our two separate detox units are situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Nottingham. Both of our facilities include private single-occupancy ensuite rooms, a communal gym, lounge area, kitchen-diner and tranquil private gardens.
We provide the following as standard:
- Your own room, including a television and DVD player
- Access to private bathroom, shower and laundry facilities
- Fresh towels and bed linen on request
- Nutritious regular daily meals, tea, coffee and snacks readily available
- A personal care plan, including detox goals based on your personal needs
- A daily programme of optional activities
- Personal support on your terms, including privacy, when you need it.

We provide an imaginative selection of freshly prepared food.
Our in-house catering team prepares a choice of nutritious meals every day, including a range of indulgent home-baked treats.
Tea, coffee, freshly made sandwiches, biscuits, fruit and yoghurts are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week in our communal kitchen-diner.
Vegetarian and vegan options are always available, and all our dishes can be adapted to suit your personal dietary requirements.

Be part of a supportive community
During your stay at The Level you will become part of a community of up to 5 or 13 other people who – like you – are undergoing detox, many of them for the first time.
We provide you with everything that you will need to achieve a successful outcome, including appropriate clinical treatments, one-to-one support and professional advice. You will also receive a personal ‘toolkit’ of information and techniques to take with you and continue your long-term recovery.
Undergoing detox is a big commitment and we recognise how physically and mentally demanding it can be. Our experienced team is a combination of professional specialists and personal support workers with lived expertise. Many of the staff at The Level have their own personal experience of detox and will understand what you are going through. We give you the space and time you need to recover at your own pace.
