If you are contacting us from a community substance misuse service and have an existing arrangement with us, please follow the guidance below.

  1. Fill out a referral form here accurately, including as much detailed information as possible (the better the information you provide, the better we can assess your client’s needs)

  2. Send your completed form to thelevel@framework.cjsm.net Please note: to protect you and your clients we use a secure encrypted email address, which requires your email address to be secure. If you are emailing from an internal Framework email address you can also send the referral to the.level@frameworkha.org

  3. We will contact you once we have received your referral we will assess it and assign an admission and discharge date, which is dependent upon clinical need. We will then arrange a pre-admission telephone call with your client, which enables us to create a bespoke care plan which precisely meets their individual needs. It is also an opportunity for us build rapport and answer any questions they may have about their detox. The call can last from 15 minutes to an hour, depending on personal circumstances. Following the call, we will contact you to update you.
