Our Community

A service for everyone

The Level is committed to providing a service that is accessible to all members of our community and is based upon the principles of inclusivity and social justice for all.

Our ambition is to provide a service that is fully anti-racist and inclusive. In order to achieve this, we continue to review our key processes such as recruitment, training and career development pathways, seeking feedback from all colleagues, service users and partners on how these might be improved to create greater equality and diversity within our workforce.

Here you will find news, updates, information and opinion reflecting all aspects of our diverse community, and most of all celebrating the achievements of our inspirational service users.
