How to make a private referral
If you would like to refer yourself, please follow these steps:
Complete our referral form here.
Fill in the form as accurately and fully as possible. The more information you give, the better we can understand your needs.
Send the form to us, along with the following documents
- A GP Summary that includes any prescribed medications
- Recent blood test results – within 3 months for – Full Blood Count; Liver Function Tests; and Urea and Electrolytes
Then email your completed form and documents to: referrals.thelevel@frameworkha.org
We will contact you.
After we receive your referral, a member of our team will contact you to discuss whether The Level is the right service for your needs. Please note that we cannot review your referral until we have all three documents.
4. Pre‑admission call.
If you are eligible, we will arrange a telephone call with you (this usually lasts between 15 and 60 minutes, depending on your circumstances). During this call we will:
- Create a personalised care plan
- Talk you through what to expect during your detox
- Answer any questions you may have.
Be part of a supportive community
During your stay at The Level you will become part of a community of up to 5 or 13 other people who – like you – are undergoing detox, many of them for the first time.
We provide you with everything that you will need to achieve a successful outcome, including appropriate clinical treatments, one-to-one support and professional advice. You will also receive a personal ‘toolkit’ of information and techniques to take with you and continue your long-term recovery.
Undergoing detox is a big commitment and we recognise how physically and mentally demanding it can be. Our experienced team is a combination of professional specialists and personal support workers with lived expertise. Many of the staff at The Level have their own personal experience of detox and will understand what you are going through. We give you the space and time you need to recover at your own pace.
‘I would definitely recommend The Level. It is well equipped, with a lovely atmosphere. The staff are brilliant and nothing is too much trouble for them.’
